I was thinking today we need to start a filing system of our 'cases' in hard-copy. I'd like to keep printed copies of what is written, as well as prints of photographs, the Liability Waiver, and perhaps even short timelines/emf readings in individual file folders, so that we can have reference if we end up revisiting an investigation site.
We need File Folders, An accordion file (or plastic file bin), and access to a color-printer/color photocopier.
In addition, I would like to give a 'file' of results, even if there are none, to give to whomever asked us to come and investigate. This file folder should include:
* Color photocopies of any 'interesting' pictures, * A short write up of what we did, * A simple certificate of Investigation, * And a Business Card/Print out of our Contact Info * Waiver of Liability.

BTW Adam & Justin... Any progress at all on that list? Print outs? What was the word from your 'source' on Printing and such Adam? Prices on Cards? Anything? Anything at all?
Its been about a month and 1/2 since the Investigation... and We've not made any official follow up report with the Client.

No, everyone that was anyone at my job has been moved around. My plce of work is taking a cut in work force and moving people around. I really havent had alot of time to talk to anyone about such.
We need to try to co-ordinate a date that we can do all this in a day. I think that's a great idea! So,if we can, let's try to make a date and make up all the following that you listed.
